The history of establishment and development

The Hanoi Municipal People's Committee issued Decision 5542/QD-UBND assigning INTERSERCO Company to be the investor of the project to build a new domestic clearance point in My Dinh, Tu Liem, Hanoi with a total area of 55,250 m2.

2001

2004

Completed phase 1 of the project and My Dinh clearance point was put into use. The project was awarded a certificate of merit by the Hanoi People's Committee and attached the sign "Work to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the capital’s liberation".

Focusing on exploiting maximum advantages, promoting business activities, continuously investing in expanding goods warehouses, improving utilization capacity, implementing customs clearance and customs bonded warehouse systems .

2006-2010

2014

The Prime Minister issued Official Document No. 789/TTg-KTTH allowing to pilot the mechanism of border-gate transfer for consumer goods at ICD My Dinh.

Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision no. 403/QD-UBND approving the policy for INTERSERCO Company to invest in the construction of ICD My Dinh in Duc Thuong commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi.

2015

2017

The Prime Minister issued Decision no. 38/2017/QD-TTg regulating the transfer of border gates for imported goods to go through customs procedures at ICD My Dinh. This is a specific mechanism that applies only to ICD My Dinh Port.

Completed land clearance of about 96% of the ICD My Dinh Port construction project in Duc Thuong and deployed some infrastructure procurement packages.
